What We Cover
  • All districts across Greater Cairo including Nasr City, Maadi, Heliopolis, New Cairo, Zamalek, 6th of October, and surrounding areas.
  • You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
  • You will receive a second notification when your order is out for delivery.
  • Our delivery team will call you 15–20 minutes before arrival.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt redelivery once β€” an additional delivery charge will apply.

Ordering
  • Orders are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from our team via WhatsApp or the contact number provided.
  • King Flowers reserves the right to cancel any order if the delivery address is outside our coverage area, or if we are unable to source the requested product on that day.
  • In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund via the same payment method used.
  • Custom or special orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Cash on Delivery Payment is collected in full by the delivery agent upon arrival. Please have the exact amount ready.
Vodafone Cash Transfer to our registered Vodafone Cash number. Share your transfer reference number to confirm payment.

Product Availability & Substitutions
  • All flowers are subject to seasonal availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
  • Colors in product photos may vary slightly depending on screen settings and natural flower variations.
  • Packaging materials and accessories (ribbons, wrapping) may be substituted with equivalent items if the exact item is unavailable.
Customer Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and reachable delivery address.
  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.
  • King Flowers is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
  • Flowers are perishable. Proper care after delivery β€” including placing them in water and keeping them away from heat β€” is the customer's responsibility.
