Absolutely. You can customize everything:

Flower type β€” roses, peonies, mixed bouquets, and more.
Colors β€” red, pink, white, yellow, or a mix.
Bouquet size β€” small, medium, large, or extra large.
Wrapping style β€” classic, luxury black, or pastel.

Just tell us your budget and we will design something perfect for your occasion.

Yes. You can place your order up to 7 days in advance. Just let us know your preferred delivery date and time, and we will confirm the booking. This is especially useful for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.

You can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it, as long as preparation has not started. Once the bouquet is being prepared, changes may not be possible.

Delivery

Yes β€” always. Every order is delivered the same day, no matter what time you place it. We operate daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and delivery takes 2–3 hours from the moment your order is confirmed.

We deliver across all districts in Greater Cairo β€” including Nasr City, Maadi, Heliopolis, New Cairo, Zamalek, Giza, 6th of October, and surrounding areas.

Delivery fee: 70 EGP flat rate β€” same price everywhere, no hidden charges.

Yes. When placing your order, just let us know your preferred delivery time and we will do our best to deliver within that window. Our driver will call you 15–20 minutes before arriving.

You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once your order is placed, and another message when it is out for delivery. Our driver will also call you directly when they are 15–20 minutes away.

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will contact you immediately. We can attempt redelivery β€” however, an additional 70 EGP delivery charge will apply for the second attempt.

We always recommend confirming the recipient's availability before placing your order.

Payment

We accept three payment methods:

For Vodafone Cash and InstaPay, please send your transfer reference number to confirm your payment.

Cash on Delivery β€” you pay when the driver arrives. Please have the exact amount ready.

Vodafone Cash or InstaPay β€” payment is made before delivery to confirm your order. Send us the reference number and we confirm immediately.

Products

If the bouquet is significantly different from what you ordered, you can return it immediately with the delivery driver. We will arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

Take a photo upon delivery and send it to us on WhatsApp at 01050649001 within 2 hours β€” we will resolve it immediately.

Always. Every bouquet is prepared fresh on the day of delivery. We source our flowers daily to guarantee freshness.

If your flowers arrive in poor condition, contact us within 2 hours and we will make it right β€” no questions asked.
